A Lot of Land LLC was founded by David with a simple mission: find undervalued land, and get it into the hands of people who will love it.
We specialize in off-market acquisitions — reaching out directly to landowners through direct mail, negotiating fair deals, and listing properties with the best land realtors in each market.
We currently operate in Middle Tennessee and Arizona.
