Founder & CEO
David A. Stone founded Alot of Land LLC with one mission: find undervalued land and get it into the hands of people who will love it. He specializes in off-market acquisitions across Arizona and Tennessee — reaching landowners directly through direct mail, negotiating fair deals, and working with top local land realtors to close fast. David is personally involved in every deal from first contact to close.
Jake Bonga
Operations
Jake supports day-to-day operations at Alot of Land LLC, helping ensure every transaction runs smoothly from contract to close. He works closely with David to coordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, and title companies across our active markets.
